The Little Art Gallery in Beaminster, Dorset, is showing a mixed exhibition, beginning 18th March, which includes a selection of Hanscomb’s prints and pastel/mixed media works.
Beginning on 1st April, an exhibition entitled ‘Line & Form’ will be held at the North Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery in Camelford, North Cornwall. The exhibition will show Hanscomb’s engravings together with pots and ceramics by Philip & Frannie Leach.
The John Creasey Museum in Salisbury has recently purchased a print of ‘Camel Valley – Cornwall’ for its Collection of Contemporary Art
‘Printmakers Secrets’, a book edited by Anthony Dyson, was published in May 2009 by A&C Black of London and comprises contributions from 67 Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE) members with illustrations of their prints. The book includes a double page spread on Hanscomb.
